1Warranty Coverage
WolPadel provides a comprehensive limited warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in materials and workmanship for all padel court components supplied by WolPadel. This warranty applies to courts installed in strict accordance with WolPadel's Installation Guide and under normal operating conditions.
Coverage applies to the following major components:
- Steel structure — primary and secondary pillars, base plates, cross-beams, and all welded connections
- Tempered glass panels — structural integrity and EN12150-2 compliance
- Artificial turf system — fiber detachment, backing separation, and UV degradation beyond specification
- LED lighting fixtures — luminaire failure and driver malfunction under normal use
- Mesh fence panels and frames — structural failure and anti-corrosion coating
- Net and net posts — manufacturing defects and stainless steel fittings
- Surface coating — hot-dip galvanization adhesion and powder-coat integrity
2Coverage Periods
Warranty periods begin from the date of final delivery (FOB or CIF) as documented on the Bill of Lading, or the date of Installation Completion Certificate — whichever is later.

3What Is Not Covered
The following are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage:
- Damage caused by improper installation not following WolPadel's Installation Guide or performed by uncertified personnel
- Damage resulting from accidents, vandalism, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Glass breakage caused by impact from external objects (balls, equipment, projectiles)
- Normal wear and tear — including turf flattening under heavy use, minor surface scratches, and fading within specified tolerances
- Damage from inadequate or unsuitable foundation (subsidence, water infiltration, incorrect base preparation)
- Acts of God: storms, floods, hail, earthquakes, or other extreme weather events beyond EN wind-load specifications
- Damage due to failure to perform routine maintenance as specified in WolPadel's Maintenance Guide
- Consumable items: light bulbs (non-LED), infill material top-up, nets replaced through normal use
- Costs associated with travel, accommodation, or access to remote sites beyond the nearest international airport
Important: Any modification to the court structure, glass fittings, or electrical installation by parties other than WolPadel-certified engineers will void the relevant warranty component immediately.
4How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Document the issue — take clear photographs or video of the defect, including context shots showing the full component and close-up detail.
- Gather your order information — have your WolPadel Order Number, contract date, and Installation Completion Certificate ready.
- Contact us within 30 days of discovering the defect. Late reporting may affect eligibility.
- Submit your claim via email to warranty@wolpadel.com with:
- Order number and delivery date
- Description of the defect (component, location, observed behavior)
- Photographic / video evidence
- Site GPS coordinates or address
- Receive acknowledgment within 3 business days. Our engineering team will assess the claim remotely or arrange an on-site inspection if required.
5Remedies & Resolution
Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, WolPadel will, at its sole discretion, provide one or more of the following remedies:
- Replacement parts — manufacturing and shipping of replacement components at no charge (CIF to nearest port)
- On-site repair — dispatch of a WolPadel engineer or authorized service partner for structural repairs
- Remote technical support — detailed repair guidance and replacement part supply for client-executable repairs
- Partial credit — in exceptional cases, a credit toward a future order may be offered
WolPadel aims to resolve all valid claims within 21 business days from claim approval — subject to logistics timelines and site accessibility. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including lost revenue from court downtime).
6Maintenance Obligations
To keep your warranty valid, the following routine maintenance must be performed and documented:
- Turf: Brush and clean monthly; remove debris after each rain event; top up infill annually if below specification depth
- Steel structure: Inspect all bolted connections every 6 months; re-torque if necessary; inspect galvanized surfaces annually for rust spots; treat any bare metal immediately with zinc-rich primer
- Glass panels: Inspect rubber gaskets and silicone seals annually; clean with non-abrasive detergent only; never apply pressure washers directly to glass-metal junctions
- LED lighting: Inspect pole mounting hardware every 6 months; clean lens covers annually; do not exceed rated voltage
- Drainage: Keep perimeter drainage channels clear at all times
WolPadel recommends retaining records of all maintenance activities. Claims where inadequate maintenance is identified as a contributing factor may be partially or wholly rejected.
7Warranty Transfer
The warranty is issued to the original purchaser of the WolPadel court. It may be transferred to a subsequent owner of the same facility under the following conditions:
- Written notification to WolPadel within 60 days of ownership transfer
- Submission of a site inspection report confirming the court's current condition
- Payment of a warranty transfer administration fee (EUR 250)
Transferred warranty coverage is limited to the remaining period of the original warranty from the original delivery date. No warranty extension is granted upon transfer.
