Frequently Asked Questions

Once the foundation is complete, structural installation of a standard padel court takes 7 to 14 days. Panoramic and full-glass models may take slightly longer due to additional glazing work.

The total project — foundation, installation, and final inspection — generally runs 3 to 6 weeks, depending on site conditions, local logistics, and court type. We provide a detailed project schedule at the quotation stage so you can plan accordingly.

A solid, level, and well-drained base is essential. Outdoor courts require a reinforced concrete slab of at least 20–25 cm with a smooth finish and a slight slope (1–2%) for rainwater runoff.

Indoor installations can use existing concrete floors if they meet flatness tolerances. We always recommend a professional site survey before construction — poor groundwork is the leading cause of long-term structural issues and warranty disputes.

Yes. We offer three levels of support:

Remote Guidance — Detailed technical drawings, numbered assembly manuals, and video call support for experienced local contractors.

Engineer Dispatch — A certified WolPadel engineer visits your site to supervise the full installation, conduct phase-by-phase quality checks, and sign off on the final inspection. Travel, accommodation, and visa costs are covered by the client.

Recommended Local Teams — In regions where we have established partnerships, we can connect you with vetted local crews already familiar with our systems. All options include post-installation documentation and a warranty activation checklist.

Pricing depends on several variables: court type (standard, panoramic, or full-panoramic), structural materials, glass specification, turf grade, custom branding, roofing, and lighting. Foundation preparation and international logistics costs also vary significantly by country.

We do not publish fixed prices because every project is unique. Please contact us with your site dimensions, preferred court type, and quantity — we will respond with a fully itemized quotation within 24 hours.

Our courts are designed and manufactured to comply with World Padel Tour (WPT) and International Padel Federation (FIP) official court dimensions and specifications.

Steel structures are hot-dip galvanized (minimum 85 microns) for corrosion resistance in coastal and high-humidity environments. Glass panels meet EN 12150 or equivalent certified tempered or laminated safety glass standards. Full technical documentation and test reports are available on request for customs clearance, planning permission, or sports federation approval.

Weekly: Brush artificial turf to keep sand infill evenly distributed; clear leaves, debris, and any standing water from drainage channels.

Monthly: Check all bolts and fasteners for tightness; inspect glass panels for chips or micro-cracks; clean metal frames with mild soap and water.

Annually: Full structural inspection covering welds, anchor bolts, and drainage; turf infill top-up if required; complete lighting system check and re-aiming where needed.

Every court ships with a complete maintenance guide. Optional annual service contracts are available for commercial facilities operating at scale.

Absolutely. Customization options include powder-coated frame colors (any RAL code), branded vinyl graphics on glass panels and back walls, custom flooring colors, logo placement on net posts, and LED lighting color configuration.

For facilities building multiple courts, our design team can develop a cohesive visual identity package and provide 3D renderings of your customized court before production begins — at no extra charge.

There is no minimum order — we supply single courts for private clubs and large resort projects alike. Volume pricing applies from 3 or more courts, with increasing discounts at higher quantities.

Multi-court orders also benefit from consolidated shipping, shared installation supervision costs, and priority production scheduling. Please mention the number of courts when requesting your quote so we can apply the correct pricing tier.

Courts are factory-assembled, trial-fitted, then disassembled and packed into standard 20 ft or 40 ft containers for export. Every component is labeled and numbered to match the assembly drawings, making on-site installation straightforward.

We handle all export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Sea freight lead times range from 15 to 45 days depending on destination port. We offer both port-to-port and door-to-site shipping options and can coordinate with your local customs broker on request.
